3 weeks for my car
- - I waited a week for a part, and another week for hoses.
- - They ordered the wrong hoses.
- - No loaner car or refund was offered.
I buy a car, but I have to wait a week for a part. Then, the part arrives, but I need to wait another week because they didn't order the hoses that they needed.
You'll never guess but they ordered the wrong hoses. I'm pissed. 3 weeks to get my car that I'm insuring and paying for. The best part, they could of made this right in many ways.
A loaner car maybe? Calculate how much I've paid to not have a car and refund me, no nothing. Worst car buying experience ever.
I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy.
