Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I actually received the purse I ordered months ago however it wasn't the quality I expected, the zipper is very cheap. I expected that there would be a pocket or two inside
I can never get an order through. I have even gotten so far as making an order on a purse and given me credit card number and have never
received a confirmation for my order.
Ema has sent me numerous text that say I can see that you have been looking, but have never bought anything. THAT IS NOT TRUE...I HAVE TRIED.
What do I need to do to purchase a PURSE!
I would really like one but I can't make it happen. PLEASE respond to this text.

There has been nothing done to resolve, no communication, the phone # my bank has for them gives a recording that this call cannot go through, Emails are not answered. I am being totally ignored & lost $1080.00 I'm now overdrawn, my granddaughter is not getting the gifts she chose for her Christmas & 18th b'day present.
I have guests that are scheduled to come to my house for lunch on Thanksgiving Day -- no groceries & don't know at this point what I'm going to be able to do. This is infuriating, placed me & my family in a dilemma, and at a disadvantage that could have been prevented.
This is NOT acceptable performance from companies that are to be reputable, trustworthy, & competent. Lastly, they certainly have created a negative Thanksgiving while stretches into Christmas & birthday.
Once again, I placed ONE order worth $157.47. Portland charged $157.47 each for 5 additional orders. This has led to an overdraft with my bank. I also have 10 people coming for a Thanksgiving luncheon and due to Portland's major mistake and inability to provide any form of customer service, I am in a difficult situation and furious.
I have never ordered from Portland before, but I've now done so twice - first and last. Due to my problems with them, I cannot recommend them. The horrible/non-existent customer service and inability to obtain live help experienced in this matter is NOT the way a reputable company handles and resolves problems.
Now, my balance is below the minimum required and I cannot get any help at all. I am NOT done with this by any means, especially if I have to cancel Thanksgiving at my house with my family.

I think your purse was really cute. Paying a total of $30.00 for shipping and return total. Is terrible.
Make sure you I have worked in retail and I understand shipping costs but the return is a lot. It has changed my mind on your company

My latest purchase, a large beautiful wallet with a shoulder strap. So beautiful, so well crafted.
I love its versatility. Beautiful, fine leather. I love it and this is the one to order. Can carry a cell phone and all things in a wallet.
Can be carried in a large purse or on its own.
Got a great deal. I'll be back.

I have been contact with Dahlia I was told that I could cancel the gift card and get a refund, I was unable to find a substitute for the last 2 bags.
Now I get a email from Sage once again I do not want the GIFT CARD I want a refund to my additional paymeny method. I hope this clears this up.

I have heard nothing back about my partial refund payment
My daughter Accidentally ordered a bag - tried canceling order right away and it wouldn't let me. Took days to get a response from customer service (which is no service) and they still charged me the shipping.
The system would not let me cancel in the allotted time. Not the customers fault - never deal with this unprofessional rip-off company.

$ 22 shipping and return - AVOID
Do not make the mistake that I did - order from a company that offers free shipping and free returns, and there are plenty of such good companies. The shoes from Portland were not comfortable and the shipping and return cost me $22.
No one needs this today, there are plenty of good alternative to this terrible company, Avoid
FedEx delivered my package to the wrong house-
FedEx delivered my purse to the wrong address- wrong home
FedEx delivered my package to 1612 & my house number is 1512. My husband,granddaughter, & I walked the neighborhood & found my package still leaning against the door of 1612.
