No customer service to correct error
My daughter Accidentally ordered a bag - tried canceling order right away and it wouldn't let me. Took days to get a response from customer service (which is no service) and they still charged me the shipping. The system would not let me cancel in the allotted time. Not the customers fault - never deal with this unprofessional rip-off company. Date of experience: September 12, 2023
