Run the other way NIGHTMARE !
Fire restoration 1 yr later nothing finished, fired them when they wanted another $76,000 1,100 sq ft house should have been done in six months had inspection done yesterday what a mess covered up dry rot crooked windows, smells like charred wood, roof put on wrong on and on Now they put a Lien on my property CROOKS avoid scammers.Sheet rock I had done windows are so crooked make you cross-eyed PCS "Sloper Windows" Raw frameing after 1 yr time what a joke.

Every day, I get up and have to look at the total mess and destruction left by PCS.
My homes value has been diminished by $100,000 due to PCS remodel.

Absolutely not
I have an 11 month story (projected as a 4 month job) I'll be happy to publish if they don't wrap this up soon. Along with the lengthy timeline I have plenty of photographs and video.
I have been going 1 year on 1,100 sq ft fired them ! What a mess garbage work windows framed crooked, walls out of plumb NIGHTMARE !
PCS is not the contractor you want!
PCS is just a collection of incompetent managers who have their heads wedged!
PCS IS the definition of RCI.
RCI == Rectal Cranial Inversion.
They promise the moon and deliver nothing! Then Brian Glass (owner? Scam artist? Incompetent? Yes!) will try to rip you off by charging for their own delays and mistakes!
How the *** do you call yourselves professionals when you quote 2 months and then don’t show up letting the project take 10 months?
My once level floor is so screwed up and has devalued my home so profoundly it’s sickening that I ever let PCS step one foot into my home!
Do not give these scam artists your business if you care about the results!

Portland Construction Solutions is the worst company ever!
I had the misfortune of dealing with Portland Construction Solutions. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with contractors.
After I paid them lots of money, they refused to call me back or assist me with warranty problems I have had with their work. They state they have a warranty on all work performed, but when the time comes to receive assistance, they have not returned my phone calls. I'm still waiting for a return phone call. I also had numerous problems with the company during the construction process and I even had to complete work myself because their handyman could not keep a time schedule.
Their handyman often showed up late in the afternoon and left early, according to my wife who was home most of the day.
I will never do business with this company again. Buyer beware!
I totally agree! PCS quoted me that it would be a simple two month project after the water damage had been restored and completed, but it turned out they just didn’t wanna show up and do any work and it took them over 10 months!
This is by far the worst Company for anyone to use in their remodel or construction projects. From the very top down to the project managers is a complete disaster of incompetency, con jobs, lying to my face, and misrepresenting what they can actually do! Do not believe them do not trust them and for sure they will overcharge you and charge you double for the same item. These people are the very worst in this industry and they do not deserve your business!
