I was never called back regarding my problem

My app no longer works and I called to see what happened. No one called me back I just want to order sandwiches on my app again

Cannot login

Its not a complaint, cannot login into my account, error message displayed informing me I cannot access the account after several tries, I reset password also, but no access granted
