I bought a 2015 Carrera 911/991.1 GTS in November of 2022 from an authorized Northern California dealer. The vehicle is a CPO and I am getting some pushback from my dealer regarding severe cracking and moisture on the inside of the headlights. I believe this to be a safety hazard for not only me driving but for the on coming drivers as well. Please advise.

Door handle fell off in my hand. Porsche should replace, gratis!

Before they would address my complaint they wanted me to travel 45 mjn ea way for inspection by agent who already told me repair would not be done b/c warranty expired and who referred me to their preferred auto body shop, which said Porsche should pay because they could not determine any reason for damage.

Claiming not to receive my car payments

i am very unhappy about porsche financial dept. this is the only corporate entity that i have encountered in my life time to claim that they have not received my car payments! i have lost trust and do not feel comfortable starting a direct withdrawal program with porsche. i will not send another check until they have more staff in their offices to process checks. i am very sure that i'm not the only person that this is happening to! dr seecharran

Complaint about our dealership

We have 2 Porsches from same Beachwood dealership. They left us without a car the day before Christmas due to not delivering it as planned when the weather was fine and then using the weather as an excuse the day before Christmas. I wont buy another Porsche from this dealership and look forward to moving on to the westside cleveland Porsche to be treated with respect. Dont buy a car this nice to be treated like garbage and especially at the holidays. Wow.

Porsche centre South Africa does not want to code a part that I bought from porsche .

I bought an accident damaged car . Porsche GT4 2016 . I spent about R 300 000.00 on spares from porsche centre Durban. The car was at porsche centre Durban. They quoted about R729000.00 to fix . The insurance company had said that it was uneconomical to fix.I bought the car from the insurance company and had it fixed at a well recognised company called kangaroo Durban. They have been in business from 1983 . The is fixed and the steering angle sensor was replaced which needs coding and they will not code it . It was bought from them and we are going to pay for the coding. They dont want to assist. Thanks Roy vengetas.

I purchased a 2021 Porsche Cayenne GTS, this vehicle has been in service 7 different times with replaced the PCM twice. The PCM is still not operating properly. I have contacted Porsche Customer Service who told me what I wanted to hear and now will not return phone calls or emails. I am beyond frustrated with this experience and am at a loss on where to turn next.

Service issue

I own a 2010 Panamera 4S. While I was in the hospital, my battery went dead and needed replacement. My PCM was in good working condition before the battery went dead and after replacement it did not work. I took the car to my dealer, BRAMAN in West Palm Beach, FL . I was told it was an easy fix and they would reboot it. I left the car and later was told that the PCM could not be fixed as no parts or replacement is available. I have been trying to find someone to fix and was told that another customer tried that route and the so-called turned into a disaster. Can you provide me with contact info for the vendor of this PCM so I can determine if they can fix it. Or maybe you should already have done this since I am told this is a problem for several customers.

Porsche Financial Services -- RUN, DON'T WALK!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Here is my experience with Porsche Financial Services: I purchased my car in 2014, paying most down immediately and financing only a small amount after the "Business Manager" talked me into financing at least some of it claiming future positive financial benefits to me for successful auto financing. I could have paid the entire price right away, and should have. I am here to tell you, that if you are in a position to purchase outright and AVOID using Porsche Financial Services, do yourself a huge favor, and do so. If you sign up for their automatic payment withdrawals from your bank account, be aware that THEY MAY NOT AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAW your final payment. This happened to me. Before you even know you have missed a payment, you are officially "late". A late fee is assessed, and you will get a warning letter. When I inquired as to why they would suddenly discontinue automatic withdrawals as of my final payment, I was told I had been signed up for their "Retail" program. ????????? WTF???? I had all the correspondence I ever received from them, and there was never ANY mention of the fact that they would not automatically withdraw my final payment. They acknowledged this when I phoned them, and immediately removed the late fee from my account. Nevertheless, In shock, I immediately mailed in my final payment, and although my check cleared shortly after that, I still received a subsequent letter threatening me with further action including a negative report to the credit bureaus. And when you call "customer service", upset and in shock, they will give you attitude! You will think you are in the Bizarro World! To me, this whole thing is an obvious scam to assess late fees to unsuspecting customers, and I have contacted a class action lawsuit firm to let them know about my experience. If enough people complain, maybe at some point they will be sued. Meanwhile, avoid them and save yourself a huge hassle. If you have to finance, use anyone but them. Your local nefarious storefront payday loan guys would be a better option than Porsche Financial Services.
