I ordered clothes on May 7th, 2020 and did not receive any packages until JULY and it was only a few things. I asked for a refund in July and now it is the end of August, with no refund.
First, they said it would take 15 days to refund and now they are saying it will take 30 days to refund.
They suck - don't EVER use them. They have had my money since May 7th and it's almost September.

Verified BuyerI placed an order on Jan 6th 2020. I have yet to receive it but they took my money! I sent email and messenger, no answer. website says they have live chat, NO THEY DO NOT! NO PHONE NUMBER EITHER. RIP

I ordered a month and a half ago received two pairs of pants out of nine items that I ordered pants were cheap cheep material I gave them to Salvation Army
I have never received any other items from my order. I have sent countless of emails to them , the only way that you can communicate, asking them to credit my credit card they keep sending me out of stock do you want me to replace these items
I keep saying no and they keep sending the same emails over and over and over again
Im done with them now I need to take charge
Do not ever order from them I do not please

Do not buy from this company. They make it look like an American Co but they are actually located in China.
The items I received were not like the ones pictured but were cheap counterfeits. The weird material smelled odd too. No material labels and I doubt these garments would pass US safety codes. Tried to return the items and got a run-a-round.
Could not reach them by phone...only e-mail. The garments are so bad, I don't feel comfortable even donating them.
I spent over $100. I do not believe they have any value.

Have not received my order
They took my credit card and still have not completed my order. Has been almost three months.

Even though I followed the size chart, the sweater I received was 3 sizes too big and there was no size tag in the sweater (or any tag at all). I actually liked the sweater, it was just too big.
I am keeping the 2nd sweater I ordered.
I contacted them via email 3 times, via FB messenger and left a comment on their FB page. I have received no response.

- No response from customer service
- Clothing has no size tag or any tag on it
Preferred solution: Exchange for size without paying for return shipping as your size chart is wrong

Poor quality and takes FOREVER to ship
Will never ever purchase anything from your company again. I ordered quite a few things 3 weeks prior to Christmas.
I just received the last thing yesterday ( 4/8/2020 ).
Over 4 months and now that it is Spring time and hot I do not need the gloves. I give this company NO STARS

I ordered 5 sweaters. After receiving the sweaters, I opened the package and tried them on.
First, several of them do not look like the web site picture, nor do they fit like the picture.
I within 3 days emailed the company to ask about a refund. They harassed me by email for 3 days asking if I look at the sizing chart, what I didn't like, send pictures, no pictures received, no return, just because I didn't like the items others have etc.
Finally I was instructed I had to pay for and send the items to CHINA for a refund.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARRASSING AND HORRIBLE
SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK, KNOWING THAT ITEMS ESSENTIALLY ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

I bought 5 sweaters. 2 I liked 3 did not fit well.
The sweaters did not look like the Web site. Within 3 days of receiving my items I sent an email asking to return them. They have been doing nothing but hassling me. First why?
then did I see size chart? Send pictures, they didn't get pictures, so no refund. I have asked 5 times for a refund and they are not honoring my request.
Web site says customer satisfaction is important... ***
Now I am going to contact my credit card company for a reversal of payment.

Do not buy from POPZOZA as they do not stand by their garments. Will not refund your money.
I asked to get a refund on a sweater that I thought was cute on Popzoza. When I received it, the material was not as I expected and the sleeves were very long for me.
It looked weird on me....I recv'd an email back asking for info on why I did not want the garment. I wrote back an answer. A few days later, they sent me another email. This went on for 3 or 4 emails.
It is as though they are stalling to pay me back , there is a deadline for getting a refund. Guess that is reason they are stalling by asking me for more & more info as to why I want to return the ONE garment.
I will not be shopping on their network again and I would not advise anyone to buy their garments online. /their pictures of garments are deceiving...…….Patti

I only received 3 of the 4 items ordered. Also, their size charts are not reliable.
The fabric is not at all what is pictured. A disappointment.

I waited 2 weeks for my item to ship and emailed several times with no direct answer until the third email when I was told the factories have all shut down and they didnt know why ?!!!
They asked me to have patience with them ! I contacted pay pal and my account was credited in 2 days .

Received my order in two different packages. One 5 weeks after order.
The second package I was told it couldn't be sent to my address it was at the post office. They gave me a number to call it was wrong. I went to the post office no package. Kept e-mailing them my package final arrived 2 weeks later.
Very disappointed one of my shirt had no tie string in it. Material cheap, fraying, looked nothing like picture. Only pleased with 1 item at out of 5.
Will not buy again. They never responded to my e-mails about a refund.
