Poor customer service and difficult return process.

I am giving Popvil Swimwear a two-star review because of my extremely disappointing experience with their return process and customer service. I ordered three swimsuits, but unfortunately, they were all much too large, and I have been trying to return them.
I have contacted their customer service multiple times through email and have received very little response. The only reply I received offered a partial refund, which I declined because I would like to return the swimsuits and receive a full refund. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails completely. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating.
A return should not be this difficult, and customers should not have to repeatedly reach out just to get a response. I am disappointed with the way this situation has been handled and hope Popvil Swimwear improves their customer service and return process.

Difficulty to return

This is not a customer service based company. You are too difficult to send a return and thats what I will post about your company.

I spent $250. The quality is not there for me, I want to return and they are offering me $80. They say because of shipping cost.

Before totally ruling out the partial refund, you better see how much your return shipping is. Online suggests quite a bit if it has to be returned to a warehouse outside of the US.
