Complete Crooks!!! STAY AWAY!!!
All their glasses are fake and the owner Michael Rudin is a complete a..hole!! He is an unprofessional and will cuss you out just because you question the authenticity of their fake *** glasses!!! I strongly suggest going somewhere else because these people are crooks and thieves!!! I even tried to have my glasses fixed after they broke 3 weeks after purchasing them since they are so cheap and not only did he charge me but it took him six weeks to tell me that he chose not to repair them and then another six weeks to refund my money!! Not the money I paid for the glasses but the money for the repair that he charged me!!! I would never buy from them again and I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows that this is the worse place to buy anything from!!! Their items are fake and cheap, the staff is rude and unprofessional and you will be stiffed for the money!! STAY AWAY!!!

Do NOT buy from them. I purchased glasses from this website i got free shipping WOW cool. BUT...they send me a wrong pair of glasses and then i had to pay $10 for shipping that it was free before and ship back out of my own pocket..I asked to speak with the manager so the lady on the phone said i am the only person here but she connected me with the owner!! I explained what happened but he did not care and when i said i will tell my friends not to use your website He told me i don`t give a **** about you or your friend he said go ***

Where's My Order??
I ordered a pair of COACH eyeglasses that the website said was in stock and would be shipped in 24hrs. I received an email the next day stating the item was out of stock and would take about 10 days to come in and would I like to order another pair. I proceeded to order another and again they told me it was out of stock and would take the same amount of time as the 1st pair. Fine - order the 1st pair then - 10 days is not that bad. A month + later and an email a week and no glasses and no ETA. Charged my card a month ago. I sent another email demanding an ETA and no response. I plan to call them, but I feel duped out of $250. Lessons Learned - #1 Out of Stock means you may never get your product - move on #2 Go down the street to your nearest optometrist or *** Target! You may actually get an answer to your questions.

Customer Service was RUDE!
I ordered a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses for my boyfriend for Christmas, Ordered them on Dec. 10 and received an email that day saying I needed to verify my identity for having to different locations in the bill to/ship to. I called and explained that I didn't want my boyfriend (whom I live with) seeing his Christmas present come in the mail and from there the (rude) woman proceeded to tell me that the sunglasses were not in stock and I would need to pay the $24.99 for the next day shipping to receive them in time. I told her to cancel my order and I would order from somewhere else where they were in stock, so she placed me on hold. Came back to say that they would have them in a couple days and the next day shipping was on them. So I proceeded to place my order and she told me to look for my order in about a week. I call back the following Wednesday just to check on the status of my order, Thats all she (whom I am PRETTY sure was the SAME, rude woman!) would let me say, and she said that it was released on the 10th and would take 1 to 5 business days to process. and that If i was expecting them by Christmas I would have them. She was very rude to me once again, which I do not appreciate after spending so much money on one pair of sunglasses. I will never order from the website again, nor will any of my friends/family. It was the worst experience with online buying I have ever had! (BTW the glasses were NOT prescription)

I was setting up to buy a pair of D&G frames and proceeded to checkout when my screen went blank followed by a page not found web site is down error. I recieved no Confirmation Email, no order successfully complete and no order number. three days later the amount for the glasses were taken out of my account. Confused i called and they told me my order has been processed and i couldnt cancel. I had aleady bought a new pair from a different co. after my incomplete order so i had n need for these. I further explained that i received NOTHING on their end to verify my order was completed and that i wanted my money back. They again refused to reason and told me they will be shipped however my case would be brought to management and i would be receiving a call. No call No email for 2 days. Finally i got an email saying they were cancelling out my order so i emailed to thank and apologize. The following day i received another email stating they were goign through w the transaction and the money had already been taken out of my acct. These people are shifty, say one thing and do another save yourself some money go to a site like alldesignerglasses w better deals and wont rip you off.
Pay $170, get used sunglasses with no case and no cleaning cloth
my name is jose and in mid-april i ordered a pair of revo sunglasses from popularglasses.com after searching online for them. at the time their website said every pair came with a matching case and cleaning cloth. i waited for a week and a half to get them. i got them through ups and imagine my suprise when i opened the box. i saw the cheapest, flimsiest plastic case with "carrera" on it. at first i thought they had sent me the wrong order. surely this p.o.s. case doesnt belong to a $170 pair of italian sunglasses. the suprise doesnt end there. opening up the box, i saw the revo's in there and took them out. they did not look brand new. i held them up to the light and there was 2 and a half fingerprints on the lens alone! the temples has smudges and even more fingerprints. and to top it off, no cleaning cloth had been included. i called right away and got their answering machine. in fact, calling them a total of 4 times during this ordeal, not once did someone answer the phone. i ended up e-mailing them and ripping them a new one. they replied saying that a case and cloth were on their way. about a week later, a revo case and a small cheap cloth were delivered. as for the glasses i borrowed a cloth to clean them up, they looked nice and luckily were not broken or scratched. a couple of days later, still ticked off, i called them again, this time leaving them a message telling them that i had gotten the case and cleaning cloth but that i still felt wronged and that i wanted to talk to somebody in charge about it. and as you've probably guessed, no reply. my order number for this transaction was 157106. order at your own risk!
