They do not answer their phone support lines or emails

How about responding to customers who have bought online products from them? That would be a good start.

Refused return

I tried to cancel my order very shortly after ordering. The support team informed me my order was too far along the system to stop.

So I waited. The package arrived, and Then I was informed their client would not allow them to accept returns. When I looked at the timeline of the shipping of my order, I saw the merchant received my order at 10:53 PM when I had asked for the order to be canceled at 9:39 AM that same day.

I emailed my request for a refund with this information and was told that I did not understand shipping, so the fact that the merchant received my order over 13 hours after my request to cancel was immaterial to them. Buyer Beware!
