I bought a membership for one account and forgot to cancel it before it auto renewed. I called and they refunded right away.
New version

The game needs 2 be compatible with the newer phones it wont load and i know my 800 buck phone has the prossessing power 2 run the game i have a 4k screen so imagine what else i play

Can't find my cards

I bought several things with my credits and they won't show up in my backpack, I lost over 1 thousand credits because of this. Also a while ago the lay out of my back pack changed and a bunch of my cards from the credit store disappeared then another card popped up saying "under construction, don't see all your cards?
don't fret! we're doing some construction, and will dig them up soon!" and that was at least a month ago!!!!
THAT ISN'T VERY SOON! And seriously, you make your pissed off costumers write a 1 hundred word essay about why they're pissed?

24 Carrot Island Change
- - New 24 Carrot Island is colorful on the map.
- - Jittery gameplay, loss of gold, plain cards, and medallion; music and sound exist; no door exit/enter.
So, the new 24 Carrot Island is noticeably different and sticks out it is in color on the map unlike other islands that are brown and tan I sure hope that they don't make other islands the same way because in my video below I talk about how they made my Poptropican jittery and how they took away my gold cards and especially plain cards medallion and apparently made me start out in the beginning that is the negative. the positive is that the music is sort of cool and there's some sound effects.
Another downfall is that there is no exit or enter when you hover the door.
Poptropica cheats you of your hard work.

They told me my password was wrong.
So I tried to reset it, and that wasnt even freaking working for twenty minutes.
Then, when it "sent" a password recovery email to my email address, nothing came up.
Now i have no freaking way of accessing my account and I spent months building up my character's reputation.
Please, dont get attatched to this site.
It is really really a horrible creation,
One of the worst in the entire world.
Scams are better than this and scams are very similar to this.
