It has been over (2) weeks now trying to get in touch with customer service representative has been the absolute awful experience to endure. I placed an order, the order was shipped, then an error order was shipped out as well and charged to the credit card, which was not ordered and incoorect.

A complete error on the popsocket's companies end. And yet to have someone address this persisting issue...

I have been trying for a week now to address this error issue from PopSockets' end. I received one e-mail last Friday, and I tried to input the information that was provided, but it did not work.

I have been trying to get a proper response and have exhausted all avenues.

My order was shipped, but then a second incorrect order came in as well that I did not place.

Also, I was fully charged for that incorrect order that I did not place as well. Please help, please, and thank you.

Missing item in my $160 order

I ordered 2 cases and 2 chargers and only received 1 case and 2 chargers. I am extremely pissed off and, of course, no one is available to answer the phone to help, so I am *** out of luck. I refuse to place another order and will not spend another dime on this website until I get someone on the phone.

They claim it hasn't shipped yet due to demand. Shouldn't advertise if you don't have the stock! This is the second time this has happened to me, and I will never order from them again.

I wrote the original review before I was able call and leave a phone message. I am very upset I cannot get a hold of someone via email, phone, or chat without having to pay someone.

Was told that the order would ship within 72 hours of purchase but still have not received anything. After contacting them and waiting for a few days, I finally received tracking information, but every time I check it, it has the exact same thing listed.

It has been sitting on 'label printed' for 3 days now. Do not order from them.

Return ordered wrong phone case I wanted iPhone 17 Pro but got the iPhone 17 Pro Max

I ordered what I thought was the IPhone 17 pro case, but I got the wrong case and I returned it to FedEx express waiting on my money back. The case that came was the iPhone 17 Pro Max case.

It appears you got the case delivered but I still havent seen my money back from Popsocket. Let me know by a representative when my money will be returned.

Hi, I am so sorry you went through that! For the shipping address, I would recommend putting your apartment number BELOW the shipping address that shows up, click on the address, then put your apartment number on "address line 2" that way, it'll get to you easily!

The products themselves are great having purchased several products from them at Walmart and Target. However, this is my first time ordering from them off of their site, and it is absolutely not a great experience.

I got five different confirmation emails for the one order, and it has been OVER two weeks, I also want to preface than none of the three items I ordered were a pre-order or out of stock on their website, and it still has not even shipped yet! I tried emailing them twice and no response from them at all I had to go to a third party website to even find a phone number to call them because the email customer service support is absolutely terrible! They REALLY need to put a phone number for customers to contact on their site and not just rely solely on emails because clearly it is not working!

They all around need to improve not just their customer service support, but also shorten the time it takes to ship out their website orders for individual non-whole customers! This is absolutely ridiculous!
