Not happy with my book

This is the worst book I've ever had done. 8 photos with heads cut off as you tried to squeeze to many photos on one page. I want my money back and will be posting all over the internet if I dont get a reply, plus filing a complaint with my bank.

Popsa forwarding me to 3rd party sites instructing be to pay them !
