To get some satisfaction on my Poppycock purchase.
I am very disappointed in Poppycock popcorn cause when I was eating them last night I had no cluster peacons and no peanuts until I got to the very end of my bag. There was about 4 peanuts.

Dissatisfied and Disappointed
- - Three bags had no cashew clusters, only a few broken cashews.
- - I traveled 10 miles to get this popcorn and feel robbed; I allege false advertising.
I thought it was only me. However, reading the reviews, I am glad to see others have the same issues and concerns and I am just not being a whiney ungrateful person.
There is only 1 store in my area that sells this popcorn so I travel about 10 miles to get to this store when I want treat myself this is my go to snack. I have to say I am very disappointed with the 3 bags I purchased to only find not 1 cluster of the cashews and only a few broken pieces of the cashews throughout the entire bag. I do not know whats going on with poppycock but I feel robbed. You cannot produce false advertisement and think it is ok.
I am dissatisfied and disappointed, and if I was petty, I would of taken all 3 bags back to the store and could care less that I opened all 3 just to find the same results as bag 1 and 2. However, I am not that person so as bad as I want to see if that was just a bad batch. I am unwilling to spend my money to see.

POPPYCOCK ripoff
- - Paid $6.99 for a 10.5 oz can of Poppycock.
- - Mostly popcorn with few almonds and five broken pecans; nuts aren’t clustered to the popcorn.
I bought a 10.5 oz can of Poppycock labeled "original" and paid a premium price of $6.99. I hadn't had Poppycock in over 10 years.
When I opened it, I found virtually all popcorn and very few almonds and literally 5 broken pecan pieces. Nuts are the second ingredient listed! And NONE of the nuts were clustered to the popcorn as shown in the label. I expected more nuts than popcorn but all I got was a can of popcorn.
This is a gross rip-off and I can never trust the brand again.
I hope your "cost" savings on omitting the nuts is more than the value of the lost sales.

Poppycock Original Review
I have the same complaint. I buy poppycock for the enjoyment of the nut and popcorn but all I'm getting for all this money is glazed popcorn not fair
Poppycock 7 oz. package contents
- - Kernels and nuts are mostly detached.
- - Few pieces have popcorn and nuts joined.
- - A longtime buyer notes detachment and misses the two-together pieces.
Attached is a picture of the contents of a 7 oz. package of Poppycock.
As you can see, there are many kernels of popcorn and there are nuts as well. However, almost every kernel and nut is detached from one another. There are very few pieces whereby the popcorn and nuts are adjoined. I've been eating Poppycock for over 20 years.
Lately, every package/container that I purchased has this detachment. The real treasure is in tasting the two together, but there is very little of this to be enjoyed.
What has happened to the recipe?? Almost the entire contents of the bag is either a kernel of popcorn or a nut by itself.
