Not happy cant speak to someone, my order when through without me having time to check, and it automatic took the money from my saved credit card

I wanted a waistbag and when i went to purchase it it automatic took the money out of my saved credit card before i had time to check the details and it was click and collect in perth, im in sydney so cant happen i wanted it sent, but cant speak to anyone to cancel or have it delivered, such bad customer service... theres none, and why cant you speak to anyone or NO phone number! im worried its a scam
