Resolved: Faulty pump.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. It took a lot of emails before I received a reply and several more emails before being offered a replacement. Send emails with a read receipt.
Hi. I bought your pond pump from amazon (Order # 202-115****-650****) which was delivered on 13th April.
I was delighted with it and it had been working perfectly until a couple of weeks ago.
It suddenly stopped pumping when in full sunshine, and with no shadow on the solar panel, and started making a rather labouring, grinding noise. I emailed the company.
After several emails and several days, I received a reply, asking me to send a video for their engineers to look at.
I sent it, and have heard nothing since. I await their report...
Preferred solution: a replacement pump, or a full refund. Just an answer would be a good start!
