I ordered a pair of shoes from Pop of Junk December 7th and it's now the end of February. They never sent the product.

Everyone who gets scammed should report them to your bank and to the Georgia Better Business Bureau. They must be stopped.

I ordered a shirt from pop of Junk in mid July. I first emailed them two weeks later where I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau and they found a way to contact me saying that the item was a pre order and they were waiting to receive it from the distributor and they would send me a promotional code.

To make a long story short, I never received the item or the promo code. It was not until the end of August when I finally received a refund after contacting PayPal

Pop of Junk is a scam. I advise no one to ever order from them

I order a shirt from pOp of junk on July 24 2014 today is aug 18 2014 still no shirt the number doesn't even work and they don't even respond to emails

I've ordered several items from pop of junk and yet to receive them. The number listed on Instagram is not a good number and when I posted a comment on Instagram asking when will my items be shipped, the comment was deleted.

I wish they could be arrested. However, I will get my refund due to my credit card policy.

This company is a scam.... The worst online boutique of them all.

Let me start off by saying that the have HORRIBLE customer service. 10 days after I ordered from this website my order still had not been shipped.

I emailed them twice, I called their customer service number and left messages, I even commented on their Instagram and they deleted my comments. I never received a response to my emails and I never got a call back. I had to file a claim through paypal so that I can try to get my money back. The file is still open and they have yet to even respond to paypal.

I'm am extremely disappointed in this company and I am now discouraged from ordering from any online boutique. It's even more disheartening to see that they treat their customers like this often.

What they are doing is stealing money. I am going to do all I can to expose them so that other people won't be victims.

I made an order online on Popofjunk.net on 12/10/13 and we are now well into the new year and I still haven't received my item or even a tracking number. I emailed them on 12/16/13 and they responded promptly about me having to wait 3-10 business days to ship.

Ok fine. It is now 1/17/14. I emailed them again prior to today and I have yet to receive a response!! Now I'm out $38 for 1 shirt and to me that is INSANE!!

To make matters worse I keep getting emails from the company about rate my item. How can I rate my item if I never received it?? Also, I made a comment on the Instagram site only to see that it was later deleted. This must be the "handle on a case-to-case" method I keep reading about everywhere.

I love to support small businesses but not this kind!!

If the situation is resolved then my view of them will change but for now NO. Hopefully I hear something soon if not I'll just have to contact my lawyer.

When I check my tracking number it states that it was received on the 18th and another state, clearly they have my correct address because I see it on the confirmation page, if I don't get my package and another week or so I will be calling the news reporters and exposed in this site for what it really is. I ordered something from another site 2 days before and I have already gotten it 3 days ago. and I never heard of a company that never answers their phone they just keep having the same voicemail stating that they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours, me personally I believe that is a scam

I placed an order on September 1, 2013 I didn't receive the item until 3 weeks later. I order the clear jelly boots for my daughter, inside were 2 left shoes, not to mention the size chart listed on their website is incorrect.

I have called several times and left message after message. I found them on Instagram, the only time I would get a response is if i left a comment on whatever picture was posted.

All comments have been deleted yet NOTHING is done! DO NOT order from this company UNLESS you plan on giving money away!

Hi is been 3months since I'm trying to get my items from popofjunk company.last month I did a complain with passed costomers and with they help the popofjunk they hit me up and said they will send me the items also ask me to remove the bad commentary wich I never did coz I never got my order.i been trying to send them emails asking what's going on with my order but they never answer.popofjunk is the worse service I ever got I'm so disappointent, I just wanna my money back since they having hard time to send my order

I bought 2 pairs of leggings at the website popofjunk.net on 18 january of 2013 and never received my order. I paid by visa debit card and then I try to contact then by e mail but they didn't answer.On the website there's no adress or phone number that i can call. So i hope u guys can help me . So i want they give me back the total of $61.00 dollars or send me my order because i've been waiting almost 2 months.

My order number is # 2111 .

I am waiting for contact to explain what's happened!
