Questions not covered in website information
I just want to see the information about my monthly subscriptions. The most recent information I can see is back from November of 2022. All I want is shipping information for my monthly boxes.

Verified Reviewer |I can’t get a hold of customer service and want a refund
I cant get ahold of customer support I want a refund my order came all smashed destroyed was a gift I couldnt give
Cancelled an order and want my money back
My son ordered the 10" Larry Bird pop figure over 2-3 months ago which was never received so he cancelled the order and without letting me know the order number and whatever other info may be needed to get a refund on the order. I'm his dad and he used my Visa bank card to which I'd like to have put back on my account.
The last we read through email it was supposed to arrive July 25th but after almost a week we've heard or seen nothing. Unfortunately I can't call international because of my phone plan so I have to communicate through email only. Can anyone please help or email me on any steps to take to receive my money back. And just to be clear, I am not in any way shape or form a pissed customer, unhappy that the order had to be cancelled but with how the times and economy are I need a refund put back to my account as soon as possible.
I understand that it may be an inconvenience for both parties but I hope that there is some kind of understanding for the situation.
