Popilush - Horrible customer service!!! Stay clear!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong piece from Popilush. I immediately tried to cancel it, but there was no response from customer service.

They called me hours later to tell me it was too late to cancel because it had already shipped. Then, four days later, I received an email telling me that the shipment was delayed and had not, in fact, shipped. So, I called yet again to try and cancel it but was told they couldn't because it was showing as shipped, although it was not. I spoke to customer service three times and was finally told to refuse the package which is just left at my door because it's not a signature required.

I was then told I would have to pay for shipping back and forth even though I repeatedly tried to cancel this order over and over again. Horrible customer service. Now I'm out $90 until further notice when they could have just canceled the order or communicated with their shipping department to get on the same page.

It'll be another month before I see a credit. Their dresses and products are so not worth the hassle.

I ordered this dress on 3.15.24 for a wedding and even paid $20 for express shipping. To receive within 3-5 days.

I received an email on the 19 saying it will be delayed 5-7 days due to so many orders you have to fill.

WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MY MONEY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING and think a 12% discount on next order would suffice!! At this point If the dress aint her by tomorrow Friday 3.22.24 I want a full refund!!!
