Need return label waiting for it for days now
I already completed my request for return label and I confirmed the order. I am waiting onto the label I need this before I go on vacation I cant stress how important this is. Its my 30 yr anniversary and I want to look amazing for my hubby please help

Resolved: They never get the order correct. I've ordered 2 things. Came in the wrong size. Their merchandise isn't cheap and I still have not received a replacement top I ordered in February. Ordered a dress.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
They keep sending me the incorrect size. These clothes are expensive.
I want the correct size or a refund. Don't order from them.

Impossible to return
I have emailed this company 8 times that the order number does not allow me to return the dress. The return system keeps telling me no such order number.
That is the exact order number they gave me. It has been a week of going back-and-forth trying to return. They sent me *** cookie cutter emails back zero helpful I will never order from them again!!! You should be able to order clothes.
Try them on if they're not a good fit, you should be able to return it immediately. They are fraudulent when they say easy returns.

My order
Is an order and it said he was being shipped I received it on a Friday was never notified. Its out of stock.
My money has been taken out of a firm and I have no merchandise tried to contact the company numerous times to ask if it was gonna be restocked and no answer. Im not happy with the company whatsoever or customer service.

Here is the corrected version of the text: I ordered a dress almost two months ago and I have yet to receive it even after they gave me tracking ID number. After several emails back and forth Popilush then states my item must have gotten lost and said they would issue me a refund at my request.
Its been 9 day and I still have yet to receive a refund. Extremely disappointed in this company.
They have definitely lost my business for myself and my daughters. Not worth the hassle.

Although I had to send 3 emails, the last one threatening to give them bad reviews on social media, customer support did a wonderful job in explaining how to get my refund. I think this was also because I called them after a Google search for their phone number, and left a message on their voicemail.
I dont think people should have to go through all those steps.
Just make it easier and if you ask for an email, respond quickly to it. It shouldnt take days.
User's recommendation: Just call them. When you Google “Popilish Customer Service” it will take you to PissedCustomer. It’s a legit company. You have to go through some steps there too, but it’s worth it.

I have had to call 12 times to get a person, and STILL have been given the run around for my refund which I STILL don't have. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
They called me hours later to tell me it was too late to cancel because it had already shipped. Then, four days later, I received an email telling me that the shipment was delayed and had not, in fact, shipped. So, I called yet again to try and cancel it but was told they couldn't because it was showing as shipped, although it was not. I spoke to customer service three times and was finally told to refuse the package which is just left at my door because it's not a signature required.
I was then told I would have to pay for shipping back and forth even though I repeatedly tried to cancel this order over and over again. Horrible customer service. Now I'm out $90 until further notice when they could have just canceled the order or communicated with their shipping department to get on the same page.
It'll be another month before I see a credit. Their dresses and products are so not worth the hassle.

I ordered this dress on 3.15.24 for a wedding and even paid $20 for express shipping. To receive within 3-5 days.
I received an email on the 19 saying it will be delayed 5-7 days due to so many orders you have to fill.
WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MY MONEY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING and think a 12% discount on next order would suffice!! At this point If the dress aint her by tomorrow Friday 3.22.24 I want a full refund!!!
