Never exchange your items. They will not honor the agreement and also they will stop replying to your emails and ghost you.
I requested an exchange because my item was to short, instead they sold my item and only gave a partial refund. They dont even have any phone numbers to call this is a scam business!

They dont even have a phone number and will blame you if send your product back for an exchange within the allotted time and say you took to long. This is why companys have back stock. For exchanges, but they might be to unprofessional to even think of that since they dont have a phone number either.

I sent an email requesting an update on my order of the Cora backpack, as it had been more than 7 business days since I had placed my order. It was a gift for my 12 year old daughter.
She was very much looking forward to getting this backpack as a reward for making honor roll.
I was extremely disappointed when I received no response, just a refund.
I was truly hoping that I would receive the backpack still, even if it took a little extra time. I didn't mind paying for the item.
The communication was non-existent, and my daughter was very sad to learn that the backpack wasn't coming.
