I placed an order of a Goya mat and when I choose the color I picked the wrong one so I wanted to make the exchange by contacting someone from costumer service who could help me with that but I couldn't talk to someone the service is terrible. I will neve ever buy something from this site.

Wrong color of an item

I sent an email requesting an update on my order of the Cora backpack, as it had been more than 7 business days since I had placed my order. It was a gift for my 12 year old daughter.
She was very much looking forward to getting this backpack as a reward for making honor roll.
I was extremely disappointed when I received no response, just a refund.
I was truly hoping that I would receive the backpack still, even if it took a little extra time. I didn't mind paying for the item.
The communication was non-existent, and my daughter was very sad to learn that the backpack wasn't coming.
