I am writing about order below. I Did Not receive the 96 variety cones w/ Santa sack.
Instead they send two of the BOGO zebra Corn. If you arrange for the postal to pick up the one bogo zebra corn that will be fine, I just need the 96 cones before Christmas for they are for the Veterans at our near by home. This year trying to order has been difficult and not so easy as years before. Ive tried to reset my password but never would receive the link to do so which made me have to order as new customer.
Trying to call about this order also has be a daunting task.
I sure hope this gets resolved before Christmas for Id like to share the Popcornopokis experience with my Veteran families. God Bless and thank you , Corrina Ford

Fed Ex lost my package, but refuses to find it, replace it, or refund it - they said to contact Popcornopolis. I tried calling - there is no web assistant or email address for customer service.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
Resolved! The package was delivered today. That was way too much work and heartache to follow this thing through to the end but at least they did fix the problem and resolved it in the end,
I received a call after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend by a new person who offered the option to correct the address and send the order. He manually created a new label and mailed it off. I will advise when/if the item has been received and whether they included the gift note or not.
As of today, 11/25/2022, the order now shows COMPLETE with a tracking number and my credit card has been charged. Popcornopolis ran an early Black Friday sale with no staffing to cancel an order that their system had glitched to the wrong address and the Customer Service line is unmanned today, Black Friday.
CLOSED. I have been billed and the order is on it's way to nowhere.
I have emailed, called and complained to every Popcornopolis contact avenue available to me and NO ONE is responding to my cancellation phone call that was placed within MINUTES of the order on 11/23/2022 to Lisa. This is all unacceptable.
I was hung up on multiple times today by Lisa and told I could not be heard and would be called back, but Lisa did not call me back. The online ordering system failed, and the 800-767-**** customer service line was a nightmare. The problem has yet to be resolved.
My card has been charged even though I repeatedly told Lisa (when she could hear me) to cancel the order. At one point Popcornapolis stopped answering 2 hours before closing and I got a recording telling me to call 800-477-**** and when I did, Kelly said she never heard of Popcornapolis, couldn't cancel the order, and would get someone on the phone and call me back.
Never happened. After telling Lisa and Kelly multiple times to cancel the order, I still need a refund as well as the order to be cancelled.

I have tried to call multiple times only to be cut off and also search your website which has been "down?...
I have an email confirmation of this order but not posting to my account use3d for purchase shows up. I have tried to contact you but you apparently have no viable customer service that actually answers calls.
Can you please confirm whether or not this is a viable order and also when the charge will be posted? I had hoped for this as a Christmas present for my kids but now I assume that it may not actually happen. Please let me know one way or the other.

Track order not received
I had a problem with delivery of my purchase over Christmas. I had trouble finding someone to address my problem to.
I finally figured out what the company needed to address the problem. The mistake was understandable, however, I obviously wasn't providing the right information. Once I did, I was overwhelmed with the company's response. I love their products.
They shipped my remaining order FedEx overnight delivery at no charge. Got it just in time for Christmas.

Bought expired popcorn at gas station
I bought three bags of cheddar popcorn and they was spoiled stale get a receipt it's really good popcorn.i want company to send me 4bags of cheddar cheese
