I didn't know why my account got blocked i had a good review I was not sure what happened First it was suspended for 2 weeks then I mistakenly craeat another account and then you blocked my account.

I booked a ride from Sudbury to Toronto. Driver never showed up after picked up time past
Driver changed departure time from 0915hrs to 1039hrs. I was at pick up location till 1115hrs. Driver failed to showed up as several attempts to reach Driver failed as he is not taking his calls.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Unprofessional driver
I had a confirmation to take the rood with Adeline driver, first of all she confirmed the request less than one hour before the trip. After that when i call her she said that she made a mistake and she didnt a place for me !

Realised I was deducted twice on Monday, 10th June
On the 10th of June, which was a Monday, I ordered a Poparide because I didn't know that you could text the driver before making the payment. So, I texted the first driver, Umesh, at 1:21 pm to ask where he would pick me up, but he told me he had already left, even though he was supposed to leave at 1:30 pm.
So, I told him okay and I ordered a second Poparide. I complained about this one because the driver didn't communicate at all - no replies, nothing.
Yesterday, I checked my bank statement and realized that Poparide had charged me twice. Neither was my fault, but the drivers'.

I did right Quebec city to Montreal 12 July I have extra charges
Hello sir, I took the ride on 12 July from Quebec City to Montreal. I have an extra charge in my account; pleasures were far.

Driver didn't picked and not refunding back the money
I clearly wrote that the ride needed for my brother. Driver accepted the money and offered the ride after reading that message and was all okay.
First he came late. The ride was for 5:30pm. He came at around 6 and then left saying that he is not going to give ride to my brother as I have booked it so I have to go with him and was very rude. Why are you just wasting someone's time.
When it is clearly mentioned in the message that "I need a ride for my brother" with all other details and the driver is accepting the money and saying all okay then why this drama on the spot. He had such an important stuff to attend at Vancouver. Now I am struggling for refund. Driver is saying to talk to poparide and poparide is just asking for reviews.
Well!
It is 58$. With that loss I am not going to be on the road. But the thing is about trust. Poparide should try earning trust of the people if they are trying it.
I want my refund back.
Poparide pls look into this matter and help. I have proof of the conversation and receipt if poparide needs it.

Driver not communicating
I tried to chat with the driver and no communication I went an extra mile of sending him my pin location and I have been outside for 30mins before 2pm and no communication I told him to kindly communicate and still nothing. Now my money had been deducted with no ride and it wasn't my fault kindly refund me back

Customer behaviour is very bad
customer behaviour is not good she abuse me and talking behaviour is very bad . customer ask me pickup waterloo then dropoff woodbeach . she give me only 15$ but i great 80 $ because distance was very long then she abuse me
