4 shorted bags of corn in package.
I buy the 12-pack Pop-Secret, Double Butter from Amazon. I have been buying this for a couple of years now.
This last box I bought had 4 packs in it that did not pop the full bowl I always use.
I don't know if it's just a few that didn't get packaged right or if you are now putting less in your packets. Not pleased with the lesser bags this time.
User's recommendation: Just be ware that not every packet pops the same amount and you might get shorted.

Allergy
- - I had an allergic reaction to rosemary in kettle corn, with swollen lips and coughing.
- - Please remove rosemary from kettle corn and use vitamin E oil.
I bought their kettle corn for a snack but when I ate some I started having allergic reaction. My lips puffed up, I started coughing, and painful sores broke out on my face.
I do not think there should be Rosemary in the damn popcorn. I AM DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO IT!!! WTF is Rosemary doing in Kettle corn to begin with?! NEARLY KILLED MYSELF.
IF it's being used as a cheap preservative, Stop!!
Go back to vitamin E oil instead! Son of a B*!

BAD experience w/your Carmel popcorn, it burned the popcorn by 1 minute, hardly a forth of the bag had anything popped, & when I picked up the bag all this brown nasty liquid poured out of bag.

I got burned by the liquid that poured out of bag when I removed it from the microwave the 3rd time & nothing edible was in the bag. All 3 bags were nasty.
Burned at 1 minute. Burned at 1 minute, 30 seconds & hardly anything popped at 40 seconds. Horrible product.
Its stuck in a big clum in bag. BAD

Not to ever buy anything where you can't get in touch with provider

That didnt work so I used less time and they still burnt. I decided to turn the power down on the microwave and that still did not work.
Im not sure whats going on, but I would really like it if someone reached back out to me regarding my issues. Thank you

1 bag caught fire in my microwave, we threw out door 2nd bag was pulled shortly before it caught fire
We put bag in microwave and set popcorn setting. Before it was all popped, started smoking, and then before we could open door it caught fire.
So we thought since we used popcorn setting we would use timer.
Once again before it was even close to done it started smoking again! So we turned off and had to throw it out the door!!!

Wet mess Carmel popcorn
- - First Carmel popcorn was fluffy and well-popped; a later batch was a hot, sticky mess after microwaving, with 3 bags and a 40-mile trip.
Lack of consistency in performance. I recently purchased pop secrets Carmel popcorn for the first time and it was amazing fluffy slightly sweet crunchy Carmel popcorn with almost all kernels popped so I went back to buy more but this time I didnt turn out the same as the first purchase.
I did the exact same microwaving as the first time and this time I got a hot sticky liquid mess that dripped all over the place when I opened the bag not prepared for the liquid . now I was back home after traveling in weather before all the snow fall.
But because of this defective batch I no snacks I wanted to enjoy with my movie. Attached pictures of wet popcorn is from 3 bags combine and a 40 miles round trip to FoodMaxx a hour or time for travel 2 1/2 gallon gas 1 1/2 hours preparation and clean up of wet runny sticky mess to clean loss of time and enjoyment

- Can be made at home
- Several types to choose from

We loved Popsecret for years Feel Best microwave popcorn out there! had few bad batches of 12 pk family packs finally called in told all info upc etc exp date good etc was nice and complicated company makes thankful have , spent 8.44 + tax on 12 family pack only got 4.99 coupon all money we spend on food now willful out popsecret too, company can't refund full price of one in these post Pandamic times then we must boycott popsecret too for 3.45 you ruined our trust but thank You for memory of God Bless
