Update: I receive a refund. It took almost a year to resolved from an order that was purchase and paid in full from almost 3 years ago.
I still have two more orders to resolved. The agent will notify that it takes 3-5 days to process the email to the financial department and once they review it, could take them longer to review and approve and if they deny, you do not hear from them. You have to contact the agents by email only (no number or chat available) and you have to ask the questions again and its a repeat cycle. Its a pain in the butt.
I never had issues explaining myself with other online stores.
Canadian Customer - while some of my orders have been positives, many more have been negatives. They refuse to refund me from orders items that I never received after almost 3 years. These orders were charged in full and they keep denying it, while I have proof. Been fighting back and forth with comments for more than a year now.
Every time they say, a refund will be deposited within 5 days, 10 days later or longer, still nothing, they say what they want for the person to stop sending messages and they avoid you at all cost for refunds. The message system is weak, you send a message, you get a response within minutes without them taking the time in looking deeper into your account) and then the message chat is closed and you do not hear from them ever again until you send another message.
Also you can only upload 1 attachment and you do not see this attachment on the website.
Imagine waiting patiently for 2 full years, not able to get the item you bought in stock and refuse to refund you! that is stealing money and they are not allowed.
I have full proof with paypal and bank statement, I send them screenshots and they still do *** nothing.

Here we are months later and I have been blocked, they will not communicate with me and have not given me my refund. I offered to return multiple times and no response. IYING is a liar and a thief.

They cheated me, lied to me and won't refund me.
Been going on for 7 months now. They stole over $300 from me, and now they have blocked all communications with me

The carrier said it was delivered well here I am without my package! So I tried to reach out and of course no one responds or gets back to me.
Absolutely horrible costumer service. Ive tried to reach them a couple times and still no one.

Three damaged pops all in worst condition, they were packaged that way due to no issues with shipping box, why send horribly damaged pops?
Shipping box has no signs of how or why the damage accrued to the pops. One has a caved in window/ripped front another damage on three sides, damage insert while the last of three has damaged on 4 of 6 sides as a true collector I know it can happen due to shipping but the box I received had no significant damage. What the heck?!?!?!?

Ordered items 8 months ago and have not received them.
Ordered items several months ago and have not received them or any communication about the delay. Just want to cancel order but no easy way to contact them and cancell.I will never order from them again and will strongly encourage others not to as well . Horrible service.

Pre order not fullfilled
I Pre-ordered a Funko Pop in September 2021. In December 2021 I try to find out where my shipment is and find out it is still "in processing" meanwhile the website shows my item as "Sold Out" why didn't I get the item?
That item is going for $40 and more now on ebay. They suck and I will never shop there again.

Ordered item March 2020, paid for it. Hadn't rec'd by December 2020.
Requested cancellation and refund..
Order has been cancelled, but no refund processed. Have contacted company several times, receiving conflicting messaging.
