SupporterThey were deceitful about cancelation policies.
- - I tried to cancel before the first shipment; they said it was too late and emailed, it hadn't shipped yet, and phone contact was impossible.
I attempted to cancel before the first shipment, they skirted around the issue and tried to make me believe that it was too late to cancel for that shipment. (All via email, as it has been impossible to get someone on the phone.)
It was not too late though, it had not been shipped, in fact I still haven't even received it.
- Cannot get ahold of any customer service cancelation has been impossible thus far
Preferred solution: Full refund
