Unlicensed

I had him arrested under the same for fraud.
I also sued him and civil court for return of my money. He has not paid my money in return that I had to have the owner arrested again.

Dishonest Contrator
We contracted to trade services with Daryl and we did over $5k worth of work for him, but he was too busy as he said taking care of his larger clients/customers. He didn't ever finish or hardly start my job. He eventually stopped answering my calls, didn't finish so I had to hire another company to do what he said he would do.
We never got paid for our services and told me he wasn't going to pay me either. This man has no integrity. He's not honest, and won't finish your work! He is not even licensed as I have heard.
Run away from this business!
- Dishonesty
Preferred solution: He pay me the money for the services we rendered to him on his property.
Installation of whole house modifier that did not work
The unlicensed HVAC, Daryl Smith, Salt Lake City, installed an alleged whole house humidifier that did not work, charge $1000, and refused to fix and/or replace the unit. Daryl Smith did not do a 'load' study to see how much moisture was required for the house, and not was it woefully inadequate moisture content for house, it never functioned and he lied about why it did not work.
He kept tell me to wait. I called another HVAC and they charged me to uninstall the unit, and to get a new one as the one installed was not functioning and incorrectly installed.

The dispute has been resolved in litigation in my favor, and it did not have to go that far if he had just done the right thing, and get a *amn license.
