Unfair Business Practices:

I have been doing business with a company called *** Doc, for many years, and I have even spoken to the CEO on the telephone. I tried to reorder a product he sells for constipation, and I got a response back from him, he flagged my account, because I returned a bottle of his supplement back to him, and it cost his company a lot of money. He will no longer sell to me. Really? A company that flags you because you returned a purchase from him? I will let everybody I know, how disatisfied I am with him and his company and not to do business with someone like that.

Unfortunately you didn’t read the return policy or you would not have wasted your time complaining. Maybe if you use kindness toward the owner rather than on line brand bashing, he may give you a second chance.
