Refund
I ordered a salt cell for my pool on 7/31. It was supposed to be delivered on 8/6.
There have been zero updates on the shipping since 8/2!
I'm trying to get a refund for this $500 product, and nobody will speak with me. They were responding to my emails until I demanded a refund.
Preferred solution: Full refund
