We just purchased the swimming pool on the bottom of the liner around the scenes leaks and then one section the liner is any mean together we didn't notice this until we filled the pool.

I ordered the pool supplies in May 2021 contacted the company several times and was told item was in stock and of this day no response from company. Really disappointed in service and response to my inquiry was never satisfying.

I HAVE A SCREENED IN POOL. PURCHASED THIS ZODIAC INSTEAD OF HAYWARD CLEANER (HAVE BOUGHT 2 OVER A 21 YEAR PERIOD) THIS MACHINE IS DEFECTIVE!! I CALLED ZODIAC TECH AT LEAST 3 TIMES. CALLED POOL SUPPLY WAS TOLD WILL NOT TAKE BACK BECAUSE OF THE 30 DAY LIMIT. I WANT TO RETURN AND REPURCHASE A CLEANER. I HAVE SPENT MORE THAN I NEED TO EMAILING, CALLING AND NOT HAVING THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. I AM SO, SO SORRY I DIDN'T JUST WALK INTO MY SPRING HILL DEALER AND BUY. I AM GETTING A CROCK FROM ZODIAC AND HOPEFULLY NOT FROM POOL SUPPLY. THIS MACHINE BECAUSE DOESN'T PERFORM HAS NOT BEEN IN POOL WHEN I AM NOT HOME, SO HONESTLY, I CAN SAY HAS NOT BEEN IN POOL FOR ALL OF 60 DAYS, LOOKS LIKE HAS BEEN WORKING FOR 5 YEARS!

Purchased a Polaris with the Pump during off season. When I opened the box on a brand new Unit, it ran for five minutes and died! Motor blown from a defective part. Out over $500 dollars. Their response sorry have to get your money back from Manufacturer. This was over a Live Chat! THEN EMAILS IGNORED!

Terrible customer service
I purchased the wrong size DE filters from Pool Supply World. I contacted them about returning the incorrect filters and purchase a larger size (much more expensive). They promised to send a return label. For two weeks they have not done so. We talked to the DE filter manufacturer and was told that they required a return label from the Pool supply World. I have spent many long hours waiting to speak to a customer service rep only to be disconnected. They could have made a profitable sale if they would improve their customer service. My experience is disconcerting because customer service is one area that a company has total control over.

Purchased a complete pool filter/pump system
purchased this system from" Pool Supply World ". The new system arrived but was damaged in shipping, called Pool Supply World and told them What had happened. They gave me a return shipping code and were supposed to start shipment of replacement filter system. A week later , had not received a confirmation of shipment of new replacement system/ tracking number. Called and only got a automated message that said to pick from menu for what ever you needed. I tried every option on the automated recording and no matter which option I chose , It always took me back to the start of the recording. This went on for two weeks. I finely got in touch with a "human being". When I explained what was going on , All I got was how sorry they were and that this is NOT the proper way to have handled this return. I was told that a new unit would be leaving there warehouse that day, and I would receive a tracking number by E-Mail that afternoon. I never received anything from them . I tried calling AGAIN, only to go through the same recording. After 3 long weeks of this runaround I finely talked to a return specialist"ha ha" Again I was told this is not the way it should have been handled. I finely got tired of the lies I was getting and told them to cancel my order completely. The damaged unit was in route to them" after taking pictures of damage and E-MAILING it to the returns dept. They claimed they never received any E-MAIL and could not do anything till the damaged unit arrived at their warehouse and reviewed and the cause of damage was not from something I did when trying to install it. After another 2 weeks ...still no ward from them , and went through the automated menu AGAIN to get no where . Finely after almost 7 weeks from original order date, I finely received an E_MAIL stating they had received the damaged unit and a refund to my credit card was being processed . Now I was told that it could take 7 to 10 days for the credit card to be credited . In short...I would not buy from these people.. customer service lacks the SERVICE to its customers and after they have your money ,Everything seems to get lost in the shuffle . I finely received the credit to my card and searched online and found the exact same unit for $50.00 less and was assured that this company does NOT practice this same customer service tactics . The new unit arrived in $ days "undamaged" and is connected and working fine. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from Pool Supply World. Its just not worth the trouble.

PoolSupplyWorld.com shipping cheap imitation parts
I placed my first order with poolsupplyworld in June. It came late but was OK - uneventful. Then, in late august I ordered some branded Hayward parts for my pool rilter and pump, only to receive check chinese knock offs. I can buy this *** down the street for a lot less than they sell it for. If i wanted the ***, I would have specified ***. I ordered genuine hayward parts. they refuse to send the correct items, give me a discount or even address my claim, I'll not shop here again. Shame on you Poolsupplyworld.com! I'm now a Pissed Consumer!
