- Purchased a solar pool cover in May 2018.
- The replacement cover lasted 2 years and they won't replace it, citing bubble damage.
Purchased Solar cover for our pool in May 2018, cover only lasted less than 2 years, was an 8 year warranty cover. they replaced the cover in Aug 2019. Now the replacement cover has lasted only 2 years, and they will not replace it as they call the deterioration of the cover bubble damage.

Defective pool cover

I purchased a solar pool cover on Oct 11, 2016. It came with a 6 year warranty. After 2 years it is completely deteriorating and they refuse to honor their warranty. What can I do?

Pool Supplies.Com - Bad Winter Covers - Tonawanda NY
- Pool winter cover arrived with holes from glue on the seams.
- They never backed the cover; I had to buy a second after 8 calls over 2 years.
Do not buy a pool winter cover from this company. I purchased a cover and it had holes from the glue gun that they used on the seams. I send pictures and had to cut a piece off and send it to Pool Supplies.COM They never backed the cover that they sent me and I had to order a second cover from another company.
I called 8 times and they were working on it...never heard back again from this company. The cover was mailed with holes and they did not care and to date, 2 years later and more contacts they did nothing. Stay away from this company.

Damaged used pool steps shipped
- Steps arrived in the rain, looked used, with scratches and a protrusion.

We ordered expensive pool steps from poolsupplies.com/Leisure Living
they were delivered in the pouring rain. The next morning we went out to look at the steps to see numerous scratches and a protrusion on the steps and they looked used.
We called and sent numerous pictures to the company and were told we had signed for them so we stuck with them. We simply wanted what we had ordered nice new pool steps that we had seen a picture of not scratched up used steps.
Their customer service (excluding Delores) is a nightmare from the owner to the management and supposed customer service. EVERYONE BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!!
