Had pool resurfacing done. GOD ALMIGHTY, had LOTS of problems
- - Warranty ended Apr 11, 2016; not full year.
- - Chemicals added without measuring; water dark.
- - May 29 resurfacing cracked; contractor didn't call back.
This man steve howard is a rip off and does not know how to deal with customers (people) did my pool(to my regret) gave me a ONE YR WARRANTY that actually ended April 11 2016. I never got a FULL YEAR.
He actually put in chemicals without measuring and a couple at a time too, the water in the pool turned BLACK and discolored the walls of the pool. For 3 days that pool stunk so bad even my house absorbed the odor. It took him a while before he came to see the pool, No matter what he did wrong, we were blamed for every problem. on May 29, a piece of the resurfacing actually cracked and fell off the pool floor.
nice empty spot. I called him, the no good man and so called contractor did not call me back because he feels the warranty is over.What a nice human being, but he sure took my money fast, and had the nerve to even eat a sandwich I bought him.
I will be taking that freak to COURT. however DO NOT ever hire him, he is expensive, does shotty work and does not callback mary reilly
