No Customer Support
There is NO customer support at this place. I think they have one guy working it. Every time you call, you get that customer service is experiencing a high volume of calls and they allow you to leave a message, that is unanswered. If you know what you need, this place is pretty good priced. But if you have ANY doubts, DO NOT go here. If you do, don't expect any help in exchanging, etc. No exchanging. You send this 75lb liner back + 20% restocking and then reorder another liner. Nightmare and would never go back here again for any reason.

Refused to replace defective pool liner
We bought a $4000.00+ above ground pool package. The liner was shipped in with numerous small cuts to the point that the pool was pouring water out. We requested they replace the liner as it was DEFECTIVE. They said they could not WARRANTY it under the manufacturer's warranty because it only covered seams. This was DEFECTIVE not WARRANTY. We had to buy a new liner from a reputable company at an additional cost of $570.00. We have reported them to the BBB and still they stand on the word WARRANTY. The difference between warranty and defective is that we were unable to get ANY use from the product not that we used it and it did not last the 25 years that it was guaranteed. The company also put in writing "you must be suffering from some type of medical condition for your lack of comprehension and agression". This because I tried to explain the definition of warranty in comparision to defective. Agression because I advised that they would be reported to the BBB.

Pools Above Ground
Purchased a top of the line pool at over $3,500. Pool was installed by a professional installer.
When it came time to clean out the pump strainer basket, I opened the top and suddenly water shot everywhere. The pump is lower than the pool inlet, so the whole thing started to drain. I lost 100 gallons before I was able to get the cover back on the pump strainer. I discover that there were no drain valves or check valves, just straight pipe.
Called customer service and they said this was a common issue, but no one ever though to suggest valves or warn the customer.
Idiots! I spent an hour moving dirt back after the flood thanks to their carelessness.
