Bad pool liner installation

had pool liner installed in may ,liner was a loop lock.i thought it was backed by a quality company I got the company from home advisors which I thought was a quality company also had problems from the start, contacted home advisors which was a total waste of time.never received a reply from the site phoned transferred to another dept after dept still no answer. loop lock told me it was my responsibility to find a defect in their liner had to hire a diver at my cost and take the liner installer to court liner is leaking a half inch a day
