No Customer Support
I bought a pool vacuum from the Poolease company. Then I dropped the vacuum and broke the plastic clips.
After 3 messages to their customer support email, I got no answer. I even offered to pay for the 4 clips I needed but heard nothing from them. So I have to throw away my $200 pool vacuum, as it does not work without the clips.
The plastic clips are not expensive but the company has NO SUPPORT for their paying customers. Thanks for wasting my money, Poolease.
Preferred solution: 4 cheap little plastic clips so my pool vacuum can be used instead of thrown away.
User's recommendation: Do not buy Poolease products. They could care less about their customers.
