My baby started using the Cotchy swim ring when he was 7 weeks old. He loves the agency of moving himself around by kicking the sides of the tub! It also makes bath time easier for me because I know his head will not slip under the water. We are both very happy with...

On September 28, 2018 I ordered $142 worth of water inflatable tubes to go around the swimming pool cover. Being in the south I didn't put the cover on the pool until mid November. Three of the double tubes and two of the single tubes leaked and would not hold water....

One week prior to expiration of 1-year warranty, our $400 "Great Big Brawler" towable tube became lumpy as inside baffles had ruptured. By the time I got to inquire, it was 2-days past one year warranty. Customer service could care less and further inquiry remains...

We ordered a Fisher Price Bounce Castle for our 18-month-old granddaughter and it was received EARLY. Unfortunately, there was quite *** in the shipping box and this is an inflatable product. However, there didn’t appear to be *** in the “item box” -- until we...
VMInnovations - Product lasted one month of use
by PissedConsumer1073012 #1073012
Purchased two vminnovations fllots and two coolers with connecting white connectors. We used the product for one month last summer and put them away for the fall, winter and spring.
Took the items out this week and during the first use of one float, the seam ripped near the connector. This is very disappointing since the total package cost was $69 dollars! When I contacted your representative today, he said the 60 day warranty had expired. I am very disappointed with your Customer sevice response.
The service manager offered to sell me another float--really? Do not add my email address to your mailing list since your customer service policy is not worth me ordering from you again.
I am very disappointed with your product. If this float would have been "cheap," I would not be complaining!
