Employees and owner are rude and see customers as an inconvenience

Wow- my family and many others paid to rent homes at the beach at Cottages of Camp Creek. We came home to a pool with a sign that it was closed for 3 days. Upon calling the name and number on the sign, the person that answered was abrupt and dismissive. Another person at pool called and spoke to the actual owner of company, who then complained we had taken 20 minutes of her time. How she operates a business is beyond me. We are renting in another location this week and the pool service people are so pleasant. The Camp Creek area advertised it had a pool to get our business, but it ended up being closed part of the week, with no care from Pool Pal. I recommend that you do not support this business.
