Pool liner waranty a farce
a pool liner from vyn-all failed after six years of protected use. they state is has a 25year waranty is really prorated after a year. their seams came unglued and with their poor quality of seaming i will have to come up with over 5000 dollars for things I did not cause. their failure leaves me unglued at the thought they do not have to pay for any of the other expenses involved with their faulty product. It gives me such comfort when you buy a product and are given the impression you are getting protection from their failure.

Installing pool liner not complete won,t come back
we bought a pool liner from family leisure pools and they recommended allex to install the liner i spoke to alex he was busy and he recommended micheal bartley he came out with the liner put it in and started water and left liner came loose and he sent sommeone out they put liner in started warter and left i called a number of times as did my husband we were told they would be back have not seen them and they will not answer our calls this has been going on for a month do not use these people

My experience as well. Inferior product never buy from them again.
Seams leak and easily punctures. Just aweful.
