I ordered my first set of product in March 2022

Poo Pourri - I ordered my first set of product in March 2022
Received my second shipment of 8 oz lemon, Bergamot, and Lemongrass, smelled like vinegar, stink hung in the air, got a 4 oz bottle Lotus Root, Honey and Citrus, dont know which stinks worse poo or spray, called 8/25 no record of either order, couldnt find a thing except what we ordered in 2015 from Back in the Saddle, supervisor ask for shipping invoice, I didnt keep them I was so impressed with the product I felt there was no need, boy was I wrong! No help from this company this is their idea of complaints no help, Will contact PayPal to resolve this hopefully. Oh yeah, I was told it could be a copycat company, their website was the only one I found with June Cleaver image in a blue shirt waist dress in tan heels and blonde hair in a beehive. Ok no more money here Ill just go back to Febreeze. Thanks for no help hope you enjoyed my little change

well, I am sad to say this company does not seem to care about its sales. I called and left a message and no one called back.

No one messaged me nothing they just don't care I guess.

they have a good product but when it comes opened and leaks half out in the box they don't want to hear it. that is the conclusion.

I received the package from them and the bottle was open and I lost half of my product and it ruined the packaging of the gift I was giving to my mom. I sent them an email, and so far they have not responded which disappointed me because I thought for sure they would get back to me. They seem like a company that has good customer service. But I'm finding out that might not be true. Maybe they're closed on Mondays so I should give them until Tuesday or Wednesday I suppose but I'm just pissed!! And I stumbled across this website so I'm giving it a try. I've ordered from them before and everything was fine but this time it just didn't work out.
