Beds were awful arrived Friday left on the Saturday night even my 4 year old daughter didnt want to stay there because how dirty and uncomfortable she was.

My daughter was crawling in the apartment and her legs were black I went to the customer service team told me it was clean and nothing they can do

They just said we had not got a form number and dismissed us.They don’t answer the phone and I paid £123 for a night of *** before I got out the next morning.Don’t book withPontins Southport unless you are off your head..I booked through the sun holiday web site before reading the reviews.

I booked a break at Pontins through the Sun holidays website.
It was for a short break with my grandson during the school holiday it was terrible and we went to reception where they said we could not upgrade or move apartment so we stayed overnight we had no sleep all night due to the other guests who were making a noise all night long .We went back to reception where we booked in and told them it was not acceptable but they were not bothered did not log the complaint and we returned home the next morning with no breakfast.We could only get through to the booking line and the second time we called a lady gave us the telephone number for the reception I rung all day long on the Monday but no answer checked back for the number it was correct but they failed to answer again.If they have nothing to hide why are they not answering the phone.It was not an holiday and should not be described as one.Very upset and will no longer be using sun holiday after this.

Unhappy with every aspect of holiday

We arrived at the very run down park, booked in, apartment was terrible, had to clean it! Could barely see out of the windows as they were filthy.

Floor felt like it had been mopped with a dirty mop! Went to find somewhere to have dinner. Chip shop only open twice a week, no food available on fast food shack thing so tried the restaurant. Freezer fodder, fake cake and the dregs of what resembled salad was the 3 course meal for £9.95.

It was a disgrace.

We arrived on Friday 29th and left the next morning after being kept awake till 5am by people partying, babies crying and someone bouncing a ball in the apartment underneath us. I can honestly say, Ive never experienced anything like it and will never go to a Pontins park again.

My son has got learning disabilities and he not no work experience work in a bar But he wanted a job as bartender in pontins should he put in his cv or will it be no good for him to put it in could you let me know soon as please

I visited on the 23rd May I had to cut short my stay by one day due to angina attack. I left behind some items to which I'm grateful that they were put in reception ready for me to send royal mail to collect.

I myself my husband and my 2 daughters collected the items yesterday only to be verbally abused and ill treated by the member of staff this is disgusting behaviour, I was trying to explain to her which items I was collecting then my husband tried explaining as she had a vague look on her face she abruptly and rudely said to my husband " yes she's just told me" meaning myself. Very rude. Once we got our items my husband took them to the car and I had to use the toilet when myself and daughters were going to the toilets the rude receptionist made chase saying we should leave as we are not paying guests staying at pontins and should no visitors allowed I proceeded to the toilet telling her I needed the toilet, my blood sugars were dropping fast I am diabetic on 2 lots of insulin and tablets and the 2 hour drive there took its toll whilst I was in the toilet my husband tried going into the shop near reception but was told by the receptionist who was stood there like some tyrant he wasn't staying at pontins no visitors allowed at that point my husband pointed towards her saying she was very ignorant, we had to travel to the nearest shop in order to purchase juice and chocolate to bring my blood sugars back up as they were dropping below 4 which could have seen me in a hyperglycemia coma. When we did stay in the 23rd we spent near to £600 at pontins..

as my illnesses and disabilities prevented me to leave my home by government letter for 18 months I was looking forward to this break. But the way in which we were treated yesterday has upset me to the point It brought on another angina attack it is disgusting how we were treated other holiday makers were in the reception area making this also humiliating but to be told to leave I could have gone into a coma ridiculous..

trying to get 30% discount

Came for holiday in June 2021 during covid restrictions but had bad experience so complained,was given a discount to use but every time try to use it either was not applicable to use and was cheaper to use offer code,and can’t use both,when are we going to get to use it,? have sent previous emails but have had no reply ref504**** GS640TC and expiry date is 12/07/22,please advise and sort this out as we are good customers and come quite often,thanks.
