Dentist is a liar. Destroyed existing crown and claims she never worked on it.

I had a dental procedure to have crown put in, during the procedure she ground off the porcelain of an existing crown down to the metal under the crown, but denies she did this. I complained that the grinding cause an ill fit. She had me come in to adjust the tooth, ground some more. It still didn't fit. When i complained to the insurance company delta dental, she denied she ever worked on the tooth. In my appeal to the insurance company, despite providing preoperative proof that the tooth was not ground down with BOTH pictures AND a dental plan that NEVER mentions the ground tooth as already having been ground down. I was told the day of the new crown fitting the last step of this procedure would be smoothing and polishing the rear tooth and never happened. Instead i was told i needed a mouth guard to wear around. I later deceloped tendonitis if the mandibular joint.
