Hey support crew can I get a refund on...
- - Refund request for a bet blocked by maintenance and a cash-out crash.
- - Stake was $60; cash-out was $80, but the app crashed before completion.
Hey support crew, can I get a refund on my bet with the tennis match from Panwar vs Zholbolat? Tried cashing out but the maintenance stopped me before it started.
Very upsetting! Please and thank you. I had $60 on it. Cash out was at $80.
Tried taking it out, but the app crashed and I lost my profits. So upsetting. I'm in Arizona and the time difference was around 10 PM, and maintenance was at 2 AM, and I didn't know it was going to be in a different time zone. Can you please help me out with a refund?
I don't have the order or ID because I can't go into Polymarket, and it crashed before I could take pictures. I just know it was the last bet I placed.
- Love the game trading aspect
- No cons other then the maintenance time zone difference
