I will not purchase from Polygroup again. I experienced very poor customer service. I had to talk to multiple parties and also had to follow up 3 times before finding a solution for my defective item I purchased from the company. Once I received a solution, I wasn't given an arrival date other than "before Christmas" it was November 18th that I called regarding the defected item. I do not recommend purchasing from Polygroup.
