After leaving 4 unreturned phone messages, I feel this to reflect poor customer service
- Applied Polyglass in 2018; leaks began within a year.
- Roof is about two-thirds patched with polyglass; rep says it's not the product's fault.
Polyglass was slapped on my roof in 2018. I had leaks within the first year and more leaks followed.
Now my roof is approximately 2/3 patched with probably more polyglass over polyglass. The local polyglass rep (without ever physically seeing the roof) claimed it was not the product's fault!!!
I'm in need of a new roof, even though this one has a remaining warranty.
Polyglass protects the shabby contractors they deal with. Not trustworthy and do not stand behind their warranty!!!
