My experience was the opposite. Everything was good. Color, cut and blowout has gotten good comments from my patients and staff.

Polo Salon is the Worst!
Felicia at the Polo Salon is the rudest person i have ever dealt with, and she is shady about the chemicals that they use on customers' hair. They also do not communicate with one another about what they tell customers, or they are just dishonest all together. Either way, they left a really bad taste in my mouth and i want to tell everyone to stay far away! I also looked on Yelp and saw that there were other complaints from people who had similar bad experiences to mine. if everyone is complaining about the same thing, we might be on to something! Stay far away from Polo Salon and Spa!

Polo Salon and Spa SUCKS!!
Stay away! This salon is so terrible, shady and rude! I wanted to get the keratin treatment for my hair, and I saw a Groupon online for this place. BEFORE I even bought it, I called to make sure they could take me in on a Saturday (I've had this issue with Groupons before). The man who answered told me yes, so I bought it. When I called to make the appointment, the same man answered and told me that Felicia would be calling me back, as she handles all of the keratin Groupons. I asked a few questions about what they use, he got flustered, and suddenly Felicia was sitting right next to him the whole time! Felicia got on the phone and told me that they use the "mildest" type of keratin- AKA the cheapest kind- but i can get the real stuff if i want to pay more. She also asked about the length and type of hair i have. Shoulder length= extra charge. Curly hair= extra charge. When i asked how much i could expect to spend for this treatment, she would not give me a straight answer. Even so, I still tried to book an appointment and told her i can come anytime on a Saturday. This is where it got crazy. She said they don't do keratin on Saturdays. When I explained that I called and was told that i could come in on a Saturday, she laughed and accused me of lying. She then basically told me off and told me to return my Groupon. DON'T OFFER A GROUPON TO YOUR SALON IF YOU DON'T WANT US THERE! What were you honestly expecting, Felicia? If you have a Groupon, I'd refund it because these people are shady as ***.
