It is impossible to be able to talk to a person. I have tried every phone number I can find.

They all go back to the automated line. I tried to pay my bill on the automated line and was told I needed a pin and no identification was found on file.

When I tried to submit payment with a credit card, it said invalid format. Your customer service is worthless when you cant get ahold of anyone!
