Replacement window
About 2yrs ago I requested a window replacement. Was told contractor(Dave at: Advanced windows from Erie Pa.
)Received replacement window and was going to install. Installer (advanced windows ) Broke new window , and said they would be out to fix. After several texts l, phone calls, and multiple voicemails left, I did not hear a word back from contractor. and its been almost 2 yrs .
This after spending 14 k on windows !! For my home ! Also placed several calls to Polaris windows in Austin town OH and was told that window was already replaced and they would not cover !!!
We own 27 apartment rentals and Will NOT be ordering any Polaris windows or recommending Advanced windows of Erie Pa for any replacement windows EVER!! Dont buy Polaris windows or doors!!
Because warranty isnt worth paper written on.
Also Do NOT hire advanced windows ERIE pa. Because unfortunately they lied repeatedly about what they were going to do and then after payment never seen again.

Can’t just talk to a customer service person about warranty set up without the wall every piece in my personal information and I won’t do that so this stinks
Been trying to call your company to see about being able to register my windows and you dont have no direct phone number without going through the Bulgin every piece of person information I have and I wont do that. Thats stupid person should be able to call and get the information they need that through hoops this is stupid.

So others are aware of their unprofessional management.
ABSOLUTE JUNK!! I purchased 13 flimsy Dynaweld windows and half of them were defective.
The sash latches would stick open and when the window sash was raised, it would fall forward and rip right out of the frame! This happened to 2 windows!. I contacted Modern Builder Supply, who owns Polaris Windows, and they offered me parts to repair 2 windows that failed and were beyond repair! They didn't even bother to look at the photos I emailed them that clearly showed these windows were not repairable as the cheap, thin, plastic vinyl frames were busted.
So, I sued them and won my case! In the meantime, I go back to purchase a replacement window (only because I want all the windows to match) and my customer's home has a big hole in the side of it covered with plywood (a 7-month ordeal) and they refuse to sell to me a replacement window because I did the right thing and sued them! STAY AWAY!!! Pathetic product and even worse customer service!!!
Not only is their product JUNK, their treatment of their customers is obviously just as bad. To this day, they refuse to make this right!
By the way, they never paid me for the lawsuit case that was in my favor. They simply ignored me, my case, and brushed it under the rug.
Thinking I'd just go away. BEWARE!!!

My complaint is against Community Builders Tulsa, Oklahoma. Polaris made the windows and it's not their fault CB is making life difficult! The problem I was having was contecting PW.

Broken window
We woke up one cold, winter morning and it was cracked. The first pane is broken but the other two are fine. The screen is fine, no nicks in it.
