My $500 booster pump has a broken seal and is leaking after 20 months. Polaris said I voided my warranty because I connected the 4 wires and installed it myself. Installation has nothing to do with the poor craftsmanship, this is my second pump in 5 years. I will never buy anything from Polaris again.

User's recommendation: Don't buy Polaris.

Broke 2 times within 60 uses. Repairs way too expensive

Last year cost 550$ for new control unit. (My remote doesnt work on the new one). This year they want another 600$ for a new wire. Considering the cost of 1600$ for these machines and the fact they last so little without requiring repairs I think its a complete waste.

Horrible experience

Lack of any support Concord Pike Leslies Pool Wilmington Delaware. Where the Polaris was purchased and they cannot support to repair the product. Product is on the warranty at this time please advise what to do.

Make sure you have a reliable and honest distributor of the Polaris cleaner unit.

User's recommendation: Problem is with Leslies Pool and their staff we have not been able to talk to Polaris Company as yet. When asked to speak to the manager at Concord Pike Wilmington Delaware downside was that you cannot talk to him.
