Will Not Accept Return of Damaged Item

Ordered and expensive toddler bed and box arrived with *** in it. Upon checking the contents for damage, sure enough there was a sizable gouge in a visible area of the bed's wooden surface. It took Polkadots 3 days to get back to me (apparently their customer service shuts down on the weekend). Upon requesting to return the item I was told the item was not illegible for a refund. The best they could offer was to contact the manufacturer to request a replacement part. I will need to wait for them to source and ship the part and find a place to store a bed I can't assemble unit the part arrives. Seems crazy that you cannot return a damaged item. First/last order with these guys.

Canceled my order without my consent! Rude!

Just had the hands down WORST experience with a customer service representative named "Cecelia" ever. I order a pricey bag on the 30th, now it is the 3rd with no timeframe of shipment. Wanted it to be a mother's day bag, and should have shipped by now. She was snippy, AND cancelled my order without my consent! I explicitly said no to canceling my order. She cancelled my order and abruptly left the chat. I honestly have never had a business treat me like they did. Like it was a privilege to fork over $300 dollars and I should worship them. Disgusting! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM POKKADOTS!

Unbusinesslike and Unprofessional

Lackadaisical snotty customer service resulted in a cancelled order for a fairly expensive crib. They did not ship the item per their published terms resulting in a lost crib. What was supposed to ship Fedex ground was shipped via a LTL trucker with a disfunctional website for tracking. Numerous calls and voicemails were unanswered. After a week all I could get from Pokkadots in response to an admittedly lost crib was a tepid "we'll try to sort it out next week"! VIA EMAIL! I am in touch with the payment processor to insure a proper refund of $670. At this time I would reccommend avoiding Pokkadots.

Pokkadots raises the price after the purchase has been made and paid for. Fail to return the money paid.

I made an order though their website and was charged from my Paypal account the full amount including shipping. A day later got a paypal request of $31 extra for more shipping charges! It's the first time in 20 years of online shopping that a vendor changes the prize AFTER the purchased has been made. I contacted their customer service and they insisted in the charge citing that they have a disclaimer somewhere in their site. I didn't see the note since I got straight to the product page from Google and there was no notice at all at the time of PAYMENT. This is when you'll expect for all charges and disclaimers to appear. On contacting their support by phone, I was told to wait for a call from their owner and minutes later got an email canceling my purchase. Well, it's been over 10 days and I still do not have my $175 back! Now I must figure out how to get my money back from these sleazy scammers.

Very slow to correct erroneous shipment

This was our SECOND purchase from pokkadots.com (first one was fine) and they messed up and sent us the stroller with the nest of the wrong color. It took them a full week to ship the correct color nest to us - and that is with my regular calls and emails, asking for the status of shipment. Finally the correct item was shipped... and they used the slowest (!) shipping method possible! 6 full days to deliver! That is after my repeated kind requests to use a faster shipping, in regards to their original mistake. I was kind and patient with them! Kindly asking for a faster turnaround - and getting kind replies - but in the end, they just don't care.

Won't accept returns

This site will not accept returns of sale items - this includes items that are on sale of only 10%. Don't make the mistake of ordering from here - you may end up with an expensive mistake. Their "free shipping" componds this problem, as you will find yourself paying high shipping charges if you return ANYTHING from an order for which you received free shipping. I would avoid this site and stick to the many other sites that have better customer service. Carissa from Customer Service was rigid and unhelpful, even after I explained that the item I had ordered was not the right size. I would avoid this site and stick to the many other sites that have better customer service.

This company sells childrens clothes. I placed an order for four new (never been worn) items. My credit card was charged and wothin a week I received my package. When I opened the box,one item was missing, one item was the wrong size and all three of the items did not have tags on them and they looked worn. I have tried several times to call and have even laft numerous messages. I have not received one call back. I am very frustrated. Please do not use this website for any purchases. They have great prices for a reason.
