Failed installation
When I attempt to log on to the PT 4 program, the 'User Account Control' appears, asking me, 'Want to allow the app to make changes to my device?' When I click 'No,' my monitor goes blank. When I click 'Yes,' I'm told a new version (4.18.15) is available.
I download the new version and attempt to sign in. I am then told to go to my email to get a verification code.
No verification code shows up in my email. Have

Verified ReviewerPoker Tracker Is Exausting To Install and set up.
After Prepaying for Poker Tracker IV, it becomes apparent that the actual usage off the program is, well mind bending. Thera is literally zero customer service to address questions.
I had to hire and pay a computer tech expert to come to my house and install PT 4. He was at my home for two hours, at a fee of 110.00 per hour. He got so frustrated with the down load/install process, he charged me for his time, and left. Leaving me to figure out the remainder of the actual utilization process.
If ever there was a need for live customer service agents, its with this FUBAR of an application. If I could grade a zero, I would.
User's recommendation: Look for another poker assist software. One with live, in person assistance.

Spent hours trying to install PT4. Finally gave up.
Hired a computer/and repair company. The owner of the company personally came to my house and after two hours plus, got it downloaded. Still not able to use it. As there are no instructions on how to display in game feature.
Terrible soft ware. No support.

I still can’t figure out how to display the in game HUD. And that’s the feature I need most, and the reason I purchased the software.

Purchased PT IV 1/12/25 @6:26 AM. Every time I input registration code I get this message, PokerTracker IV unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product.
Please try again.
Well, I tried and tried. I paid for your product, its not my responsibility to also make firewall adjustments.

Monthly charge without explicit information
I bought the software PokerTracker 4 in the web site: www.pokertracker.com. The price is USD99,00 and the value is visibly available at the time of purchase.
However, after the purchase the software is scheduled to automatically charge a monthly fee of USD 34.99.
The charge is made on the same card that made the purchase and the company name is MAX VALUE SOFTWARES.
The company negligence ethical conduct, not informed in a transparent and explanatory manner that the collection will be automatic and monthly.
