I never received my sneakers

I was told the last date known was 12/17 in transport. Was supposed to be delivered by 12/26/24. I was told your company is contacting the courier and will email me by Tuesday to let me know the status.

Escalation of Issue: Order Cancelled and Inadequate Resolution

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order on your platform. I ordered a specific pair of shoes as a Christmas gift for my mother, and the experience I've had has been unacceptable.

Issue Details:

Order Placement: I placed the order well before Christmas and paid a significant premium (approximately $70 above retail) to ensure that I would receive the shoes, as they were sold out elsewhere.

Cancellation Notification: A full week passed before I was informed that the order was cancelled by the seller. This notification arrived after Christmas, well past the point where I had already informed the recipient of the gift.

Resolution Provided: While I was refunded, this does not begin to address the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delay and cancellation.

Additional Costs: Due to this issue, I was forced to reorder the shoes from a different platform at an even higher premium (nearly $100 over the original price).

Concerns with Poizon's Process:

1. Unreliable Seller System: It is deeply troubling that sellers on your platform can accept orders and payments, only to later cancel them without consequence. While I was told the seller was strictly penalized, this feels inadequate and does nothing to address the impact on me as the customer.

2. Inadequate Notification Timeline: A delay of a week before notifying me of the cancellation is completely unacceptable. Time was of the essence for this gift, and your platform failed to meet reasonable expectations for communication.

3. Lack of Accountability: A refund alone does not compensate for the increased financial burden or the disappointment caused by your platform's inability to fulfill the order.

Expectations for Resolution:

I do not trust that further interaction with your platform will address my concerns adequately. The only satisfactory resolution at this stage would have been fulfillment of the original order or comparable compensation for the additional costs I incurred due to your platform's failure to deliver.

I strongly urge you to evaluate your seller policies and ensure better safeguards are in place to prevent customers from having similar experiences in the future. I also request a detailed explanation of how the seller was strictly penalized and what measures you are taking to ensure this does not happen again.

User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company. They are not a legitimate company, and they will just cancel your order at any notice.

Terrible customer service.

Bad Service, horrible product

Customer service is horrible live chat doesnt answer consistently and Im having trouble trying to return an item due to it not being what was displayed on their website. But I cant return since I never received a shipping label and they never pick up their calls.
