Third class customer service

I purchased one winter jacket from the online site and i got a email from the fedex that your package has been delivered. As soon as a got an email, i directly checked my front door, there was nothing.

I checked in my neighbourhood and also mailbox, I couldnt find anything.

I have CCTV camera in front of my house, i checked the recording, no one came to deliver. I contacted fedex, they opened one case for investigation, in 2 days, i got an email that we cannot find anything, contact to your shipper, i tried to contact pointzero, tried to call for 4-5 time, no one picked up the call, left voicemail, didnt get anything. Tried to mail them, no reply.

Went to offline store, they said we cant do anything.

I lost $180 just like this because of the *** point zeros customer service. They cant even hire team for customer service.Never

Zipper busted on winter coat

Back on December 9, 2024 i was in Montreal shopping at your Point Zero Store on St. Catherine's St.

and I bought a winter coat ($160.95). I understand that you stand by your products and your name says, "Good Quality".

I was very happy with my purchase and wore it right away. It was a very warm coat. It is mid-thigh and I loved it.

Just before the winter season ended (February) I noticed one of the teeth on the zipper had fallen off.

As it was near the top of the jacket, I wasn't too concerned but when the zipper kept popping open on me I was very annoyed with this. I had to find my purchase on my bank statement before I told you about my disappointment.

I am hoping you can tell me if there were some defects in some of the zippers and being as you are a very reputable company can guide me into what I should do with my defective coat.
